After texting ahead, they told me to come right over. The door opened quickly after I rang the bell, and I stepped into a long, narrow space that had previously been a restaurant. Near the entrance is a couch where you can wait or where staff relaxes between appointments. Beyond that, several rooms with soft ambient lighting branch off the main corridor. The massage tables looked new and had a comfortable firmness to them. There's a shower on-site, though it appeared a bit compact. I was led to the last room in the back, passing through what seemed to be a remnant of the old restaurant — a space with a counter and bar-style seating. My therapist, Yuyu, was warm and professional. She gave clear instructions, stepped out while I got settled, then returned and put on some blues music before getting to work. The massage itself was thorough — she started dry before incorporating oil, and checked in on pressure a few times throughout, which I appreciated. Afterward, she wiped down the oil and offered the shower. I'd confirmed the rate for a 60-minute session over text beforehand, and the pricing was quite reasonable.
1) despite the sign outside saying $30, when I came in they said it’s actually $35 with a mandatory $10 tip (28%). Cash only. I only had $40 on me, so they agreed anyways. 2) vibes: the place is small and the staff was eating so the entire place smelled like food rather than typical relaxing spa scents. There’s no candles, etc. They were also blaring AI-y music so loudly, just not relaxing spa ambience at all. I asked them to reduce it to no avail. They also had colorful Christmas lights so it felt like a frat house inside. Ofc at any point, I could have left. Bc of the structure of the space, you cannot get any sense of what the inside or rooms look like before entering hence me leaving this review. 3) the massage was just fine. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this to a fried.
